I am a Talent Attraction Manager with a focus on People Analytics topics. With over 5 years of experience in the field, I have developed a local BI center for the LatAm talent attraction team, and also had first hand experience leading teams of recruiters.Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including 2 years as a consultant at McKinsey and 3 years as a math and physics teacher for high school classes. These experiences have been critical to develop my dual passion, for numbers and for people.Through these years in TA, my main path was in the analytical topics, from developing dashboards and processes to actually running analysis and working with my TA colleagues to deliver improvements throughout the whole recruiting pipeline. I directly managed full teams of analysts and recruiters, giving me a hollistic view of the process, collaborated with other departments such as HR and Professional Development, and could leverage my passion for apprenticeship by being part of the global Learning & Development team for TA.Besides work, I love spending time with my wife and 2 kids, and enjoying some time with games, books and sports.
