On top of my analytics cell, I started leading a team of 6 recruiters on Campus processes, both for local universities and international MBA classes. I lead the team on the full process, from attraction efforts to candidate assessment and offerees cultivation.

As the team developed, I hired an intern and an analyst for my cell, so I could focus my efforts in more specific needs. We started using SQL via Snowflake for direct access to the databases instead of the CMS, which optmized our processes.

I joined the Talent Attraction LatAm team to help structure their data processes. It was the time they were migrating their Candidate Management System (CMS), so it was a great opportunity for me to dive deep into the data and start organizing dashboards and update processes. I worked mainly with Excel and Tableau so the end products could be more easily handled by everyone in the team.The demands were related to all TA topics, from core dashboards to track hires, to more ad hoc analysis like investigating discrepancies in pass ratios.

I moved temporarily to Rio de Janeiro to do voluntary work in several initiatives of the Regnum Christi Catholic movement. I worked with young members of the movement, organizing learning and recreational events, and with some of their apostolates - especially the NGO Sonhar Acordado, providing apprenticeship development for children in vulnerable situation.
