• Processes Corporate Specialist – Meat Snacks Partners do Brasil and Ferreira International Ltda. Santo Antônio de Posse-SP, Lins -SP e Três Rios – RJ. Production and exportation of Beef Jerky to Jack Link’s. Acting.
• Zero Loss Program (Posse, Lins and Ferreira) – Reducing floor loss: product, meat, brine, liquid smoke, steam. We had a map with all the losses points and actions to avoid these losses. A lot of actions were done with.
• Absenteeism Program at Ferreira – Reduced 50% of absences – In progress
• Indicators Map – The KPI’s were presented to the directors and all the indicators on red had actions to turn on green -> Good results on Yield, floor loss and absenteeism
• Lean Six Sigma project: Increase Yield in 1% - In progress -> At Lins we reached the target last month and Ferreira with some products too.
• Cooking chronogram – At Ferreira we had a project in progress that can improve a lot of indicators like: Yield, Cooling time, OEE, productivity, reducing downtimes.

• GROTE efficiency: Tests with different chutes and conveyor belt heights. The results with the chutes tested were not so good, but the height of the conveyor was changed
• Increase trimming yield: With the production team we did some actions to increase the yield in 1% and we reached the target.

• Daily meeting – the CI team start doing a meeting every day with the key employees of the plant. A lot of improvements were born on this meeting
• Focused management – Floor loss focused management – reduction of floor loss at hanging and packaging area of 50%
• Floor loss map – The CI team registered all the floor loss points to avoid it.
• Cost Saving – Meetings to create cost saving projects, listen ideas and put in practice the projects.
• Downtimes – A lot of projects to reduce downtimes at the plant.
