In 2018, I specialized in Agile Management and had my first challenge in change management at DIWE, where I am the current Head of Agility, leading the organization to change from traditional project management to agile management and, after that, applying the philosophy in the organization (Business Agility), restructuring the organizational hierarchical layer from vertical to horizontal hierarchy based os confidence and trust. In this change management process, I was able to develop the skills to manage this type of project on a large scale, impacting a high volume of people, areas and processes.
