As the Human Resources Team Lead at Adiol Trading, I oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of employees, as well as the development and implementation of policies and programs that enhance the company's culture and performance. I also conduct research and organize events to promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Previously, I worked as a Professional Development - Jr. Specialist at the Philippine Institute for Supply Management (PISM), where I supported the delivery of training and certification programs for Supply Management Professionals. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and currently taking up Diploma in Human Capital Management at DLSCSB. Recently, I passed both of the globally recognized HR Certifications: CPHR (Certified Professional in Human Resource) and CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) awarded by the Institute of Human Resource Professionals of the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM) based in the UK.
