Managed Programmatic - Sell-Side: Focus on inventory monetization with programmatic media. Close collaboration with the sales advertising team, providing tools, analysis, and participating in PMP Deals planning and negotiations (Reserved Guaranteed, Preferred Deals, Private Auctions, etc.).- Business meetings and programmatic media strategy planning.- Focused performance based on Guaranteed deals revenue growth.- Search for commercial partnerships.- Monitoring auction rules in order to maximize inventory revenue.Products and data: Working together with Sales Strategists and Technology (AdTech) teams. Providing new product and data solutions for the sales team.- Analysis and monitoring of results: Content verticals and products.- Packaging of new offers and business solutions.Backoffice: Mapping team's needs and providing strategic support.- Conducting training and qualifications for the sales team.- Responsible for the introduction of the UOL Programmatic ecosystem to new employees.

Service on Consumer Goods segment (CPG):- Working monthly based on sales goals.- Commercial follow-up and client services.- Meetings for briefings and campaign plannings with advertisers and agencies.- Daily reports Optimizations and Analysis.- Products and campaign results presentations.- Programmatic campaigns and Brand Lift researches.- Branded Content, Influencers campaigns, and Events.

This team is responsible for management information in the advertising area. Main functions:- Monitoring of general performance indicators.- Analysis of internal results, related to segments, management, and products.- Portfolio and Product Studies.- Control of agency agreements (BV).- Reporting to the board with studies, controls, and alerts. Making auxiliary decisions in the short, medium, and long term.- Preparation, sending and analyzing general reports, in order to maximize product revenue.- Sending media radars, news, and market movements, in order to generate insights for new businesses and action plans in commercial areas.

Campaigns creation on the UOL Clicks product (requested by the advertising team). Monitoring and optimizing results of CPC campaigns. Assistance in the control and analysis of Affiliates in order to control AdFraud on partner websites and advertisers monitoring the team responsible for reviewing ads.
