- Responsible for managing the startup team to executes the validation of new products for Procter & Gamble’s plants in Manaus. Responsible for executing the major, expensive, and critical projects as well.- Responsible for leading and coaching the Startup Team to achieve plant’s requirements for new products startup, including products redesign with machine’s upgrade, cost savings projects and materials change, using GSUM+ tool.- Guarantee readiness for all pillars on the plant (Initiatives Management, Health Safety & Environmental, Quality Assurance, Autonomous Maintenance, Progressive Maintenance and Operational Readiness and Supply Network readiness).- Implemented PDCA cycle for Startup Team, with ongoing analysis of our losses for the tests and targeting the perfect validation process. Also provided capability to the team to deliver the committed results for the plant.- Manage through PDCA Cycle startup calendar, which includes resources management, equipment planning, guidance on the validations required for new products launch, management of resources and validations conflicts and mitigation plans.

- Responsible for managing the Blades & Razors and Oral Care new products implementation from project feasibility through startup in both Procter & Gamble’s plants in Manaus - Brazil. At this position, I had to connect Procter & Gamble’s Panama Business Unit and Costa Rica Planning Service Center with Manaus’ both plants.- Activities include project schedule development, production planning considering market requirements, machine capability, and resources’ availability, contracts administration, assignments prioritization, leading the project multifunctional team (Startup Leader, QA leader, Operations Specialist, Engineering team), tasks delivery tracking, qualification results mapping and process improvement. During the 3 years period I was responsible for leading the implementation of +100 new products for the plant achieving all success criteria desired.- As project manager, I was the responsible for communication on project status and visibility for the whole Latin America leadership.- Budget Area owner for all Initiatives implementation expenses. Total budget management of 1.6 million USD yearly.- Worked close to the supply network planning team to make sure that we had the proper production planning considering new and ongoing products through the supply chain and targeting the limit of 90,9% of its availability.

- Responsible for guaranteeing process stabilization within target KPIs for 8 packaging lines in Procter & Gamble Rio Negro plant.- Leading technical team at Packaging area to guarantee and sustain quality standards and develop technical capability to achieve high performance standards for the equipment lines – Production rate above 85% and unplanned stops below 8/day.- Responsible for managing, developing and providing leadership for technical maintenance staff execute maintenance according to the equipment’s needs.- Coordinating the team for execution of preventive and autonomous maintenance for production lines and managing maintenance lifecycle for all packaging equipment.- Audit and review Progressive Maintenance capability for the team, which led the team to achieve maximum Progressive Maintenance qualification at the plant.- Loss Elimination Analysis to reduce unplanned stops and raise production rate above the targets, using the tools 6W2H, Fishbone, On-off Testing and Why-why.- Coordinate PDCA cycle with operational team to keep continuous improvement on the area focusing on delivering the masterplan for the year committed.
