By the end of 2023, I embarked on an international journey with Adler Pelzer Group as a trainee in the first edition of their Global Graduates Program. I spent the first three months in Germany learning about the company’s business, processes, and culture with the management team. In 2024, I moved back to Brazil, in the Mercosur BU Headquarters, as a Program and Project Manager. Since then, I have been more involved with projects for Toyota and Hyundai, in addition to PMO activities.
