I represent several cosmetic brands including Oribe Haircare, Kjaer Weis Cosmetics, and Whind Skincare by driving sales and services in various retailers in the Austin area. I also independently consult with various clients and brands to provide insight to the retail and cosmetics industries, as well as providing makeup and skin care application services, and master classes directly to individuals and groups in Central Texas for events and special occasions. Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area

I was proud to be a top performing Business Director for six stores across the San Antonio and Austin region. I served as the primary sales and education leader for our Christian Dior-dedicated sales associates. I coordinated and kept communication between our sales associates, store management, the Dillard's Corporate team, and the Dior Account Executive. I worked alongside, and motivated our teams at the Dior Beauty and Fragrance counters to produce daily sales and execute regular events both in and out of store to drive a successful business.

I spent this portion of my career focused on building relationships and partnerships within the beauty industry. When Beautyblender took off, I had the privilege of being among the first few employees in the field, and I organized sales and training for our local retail partners and clients, as well as independent stylists. I was a proud member of the Pro Education Team, selected by the CEO to represent Beautyblender at corporate trainings, high profile events, and to contribute to the development of the brand and its relationship to the consumer. I also prepared beauty advisors in multiple retailers for new, innovative product launches with education and product demonstration on first-to-market technologies. In addition, I recruited, developed, and managed freelance artists and sales teams spread across multiple regional markets, including Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

I supported the growth and development of Prestige Cosmetics and Fragrance Brands including Chanel and Christian Dior. My teams cultivated luxurious customer engagement strategies that drove successful sales campaigns and achieved goals. I also managed daily operations and high-level event organization and management.

I oversaw the daily operations and event organization for the Chanel Beaute Counter while maintaining my expertise in skin care and makeup application, and product demonstration. I had the honor of being the guest presenter for the Chanel Hall/Holiday 2013 Launch Party, which really sparked my love of training and product education.

Direct management of a team of up to twenty sales support associates across two locations. I was able to collaborate with other leaders across the sales organization to provide a captivating and engaging customer experience. In this fast-paced environment, I was responsible for 4-6 segments a week at a 60% success rate. Outside of my selling and management responsibilities, I directed visual merchandising of the store, assisting with product staging, merchandise replenishment and inventory control.
