For the past six years I have been a full time, sole administrator for a highly regarded agency in Pontefract. I have achieved a high level of knowledge of customers and their needs within this time, as it is so important to me to make sure my clients are extremely satisfied with the service, enough to be happy to recommend Enfields to all their family/friends. I pride myself on my administration experience which is highly important within our business. I would describe myself as a loyal and committed employee, who is friendly, approachable and I have a love of being around people. I am passionate about our sales and lettings business and enjoy achieving a positive end result for everyone who comes in contact with myself. Within my six years of working at Enfields, I have completed a Level 2 business administration NVQ which provided me with significant knowledge from the beginning of my career.

  My focus is to provide excellent customer service and support to all our sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants which is reflected in the excellent review rating of Enfields Pontefract on Google . I am the sole responsible person for all business administration within the office, including the writing of all customer letters, management of my teams' diaries and managing/ordering of all office supplies. I supervise all lettings applications and support our tenants when moving into their new homes. Furthermore, I oversee the business accounts which includes the raising of invoices and reconciliation of payments.
