Facilitated the client experience at Justine PETERSEN ensuring that clients have a positive, people-centered experience from initial contact, to accessing products and services, all the way to achieving their financial goals. Oversaw all HUD-Certified Housing Counseling activities, maintaining compliance and reporting, coordinating team trainings, and ensuring efficacy of intake, counseling, and follow-up processes. Managed process improvements from planning to evaluation, developing efficient and effective programs and procedures to ensure quality service delivery and improve organizational impact. Developed and conducted employee trainings for process changes and job-specific knowledge and skills, ensuring that all learning styles were engaged. Managed an Individual Development Account (IDA) program with a 265,000 dollar budget; Coordinated application, financial education, and account opening process for more than 45 IDA applicants; Evaluated program-readiness through analysis of income, assets, credit history, and current spending habits; Compiled research on the compounding effect of historical, discriminatory housing policies and banking practices on current health outcomes of Black St. Louisans.

Served as liaison between resident-led College Hill Advisory Board and Grace Hill to ensure community input was utilized in program and project development; Planned and executed several voter registration and community events with the College Hill Advisory Board; Managed 100 Neediest Program applicants during application, eligibility, and pre-requisite process; Streamlined rental housing payment and past-due notice protocol to develop protections in the event of an audit and to standardize landlord-tenant interactions.

Assessed biopsychosocial status of incoming clients facing eviction or termination of federal housing assistance; Managed clients through identification of needs, social service referrals, emergency assistance applications, and benefit applications; Advocated for clients through inter-departmental collaboration to ensure holistic remedies to primary and secondary issues; Researched efficacy of Housing First model and assessed its replicability in St. Louis for the City and County Continuums of Care.
