A project coordinator with GP Strategies’ employee engagement practice, facilitating engagement surveys, data analysis, consulting expertise, and best practices for high engagement. In addition to quality reporting, I am actively involved in the development of the presentation of engagement results. I am also the GP Strategies’ LGBTQ+ employee resource group chair, as well as the global admin for the ERG teleskope software. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in human resource management, backed by over a decade of project management and client services experience. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, gardening, lifting heavy things at the gym, and learning new skills (currently fly fishing). When I can, I travel as much as possible, experiencing different cultures, connecting with new people, and petting as many new animals as allowed.
