As the Marketing Support Specialist, I wore numerous hats. My responsibilities included but were not limited to:• Developing new franchisees’ official business name for their brick-and-mortar• Managing new franchisee onboarding process. This consists of training on all marketing technologies & platforms (i.e. website buildout, social media, print collateral resources, customer relationship management tool, email marketing tool, online reviews tool, Google Business Profiles & other digital listings)• Creating & managing annual Marketing Content Calendar• Creating & managing all public-facing content (website, blogs, emails, social media, print collateral, etc.)• Conducting in-person, marketing trainings with new franchisees, monthly• Managing monthly & quarterly live webinars. This includes delegating the budget for campaign promotion spend, mapping out & assigning tasks to team members via our internal project management system (Wrike), setting up configurations between Zoom & our CRM/ email marketing tool in order to monitor & track leads, communicating to franchisees how to promote the webinar locally, monitoring the webinar, & completing any post webinar reporting & deliverables • Managing marketing email inbox & help desk ticket system (Salesforce) by responding to franchisee inquiries & troubleshooting as needed• Auditing marketing technology usage within Salesforce, monthly• Maintaining relationships with marketing vendorsAbove everything, my ultimate goal was to make every owner feel heard. I was part of the corporate team to be the owners' voice.
