The Royersford Borough Office of Emergency Management works in coordination with our local police, fire, EMS, and public works in times of crisis. As Coordinator I schedule monthly OEM meetings and trainings. Manage a team of 10 members. Acquire donations and grants to support the OEM yearly budget. Work with elected official to mitigate and prepare for times of crisis. Engage with police, fire, EMS and public works departments on event management and disaster preparedness. Attend county trainings and communicate with county EM specialists.

- Direct administrative support for house principal and general front office management.- Prepare correspondence for administration and providing staff /faculty support.- Interface with parents and students for complex and confidential issues- Maintain and track student attendance and discipline records for students.- Prepare and send letters to parents for unexcused and unlawful absences and prepare truancy citations for student attendance issues.

Spring Ford School District

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing. Produce and distribute marketing and promotional materials. Assist with special catering and promotional events for the Spring-Ford Area School District. Track meal sales trends for 11 profit centers. Coordinate staff meetings, safety briefs, audits and staff training's. Manage maintenance work orders and other inter-department requests.

Collegeville, Pa

- Responsible for the promotion, fundraising, and execution of special events to include: Breakfast with Santa, Glow in the Dark Easter Egg Hunt, Annual Golf Outing, and Community Day- Served on a committee to research and develop a plan to utilize funds awarded to the facility through the DVIT Health Grant- Assisted with the fitness center revitalization plan by obtaining quotes for equipment, drafting layouts of the room, and surveying members for what they wanted- Promoted recreational programming and events; fielded inquiries both in person and via phone- Provide sport-specific youth instruction, lead adult group fitness classes, and serve as the personal trainer to the Upper Providence Township Fire Department - Provide front desk support including membership payments, facility rentals, filing, data entry and answering public inquires.
