Administrative Specialist
Current- Assist Sales with prices, lists, and quotes, creating sales orders and invoices.
- Review expense reports and work orders, accounting in co-ordination with HQ.
- Participation in the improvement and digitalization of processes. Creating and maintaining lists, scanning, and filing, data entry, office calendar updates.
- Travel arrangements for employees
- Assisting with seasonal/specialty projects, event organization (lunch orders, Holi-day dinners, company outings, birthday and thank you gifts, renovations).
- Maintaining a clean and organized office (Plant maintenance, communication with cleaning company). Stocking and organizing office and kitchen materials.
