As she assumed the Office Manager position, all my office-related requests quickly became redundant because Caitlin would have already done whatever I was going to enquire about. Her efficiency and effectiveness were outstanding. Not having been an office manager before, Caitlin performed in this role times and times better than any seasoned office manager with years of experience would have - within days of starting, Caitlin managed to create her authority and get the whole team of ~70 people to listen to her, respect her, and value her work. Caitlin literally held everything together at YPlan and made sure that the office is a joyful place for everyone. She arranged countless team activities, singlehandedly organised and facilitated/managed the office move for ~70 people on an extremely tight budget, and kept everything in good running order at all times.
