I currently work as an assistant department manager in the customer service role for Woolworths. I have extensive retail and hospitality management knowledge and experience. Prior to my role with Woolworths I was a store manager at many Gold Coast Baskin Robbins stores over a 12 year period. I have a love for team training and development. I love to inspire the next generation as well as current to grow within their roles, constantly learn and build their confidence.I have great time management skills and am good at forecasting trends and adapting to what may come.I work well with a team but also well indefinitely.I hope to be back In a store manager role within the next 5 years and hopefully eventually progress into district/area manager roles.
