My responsibilities include:* In consultation with the Head, Marketing and Recruitment implement the HEPPP funded projects, ensuring the programs meet the requirements of funding agreements, the University and the NSW and QLD education departments.* Ensure students receive the value added learning components of the program including interactive learning experiences such as master classes and field trips, are effectively integrated with the academic units of study.* In consultation with SCU’s academic schools oversee the implementation and delivery of the program across the Lismore, Gold Coast and Coffs Harbour campuses, as appropriate.* In consultation with the Future Students team develop and implement suitable administration systems to support and manage the program.* Provide information and assistance to the Marketing and Recruitment team to facilitate the promotion of the program and the recruitment of participants.* Evaluate the HEPPP funded projects by including progress and final reports which outline evidence of the expenditure of funds.* Provide the one point of contact within the University for the program for both internal and external stakeholders.* Facilitate the transition of students from the program to enrolment in SCU degrees.* Identify and implement new partnership programs within local high schools.

The purpose the Project Officer role is to manage the Marketing and Recruitment HEPPP funded projects to deliver the agreed outcomes. I am responsible for ensuring the programs meet the needs of prospective students and their high schools.In addition, this position has responsibility to ensure the program design and implementation supports the University’s recruitment, teaching and learning and engagement objectives. The position will be responsible for the implementation of the program across the Lismore, Gold Coast and Coffs Harbour campuses, as appropriate.
