Oversee day-to day operations of all Private Events at Harry & Izzy's River's Edge. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating all aspects of our Private Dining and Events program from initial guest inquiry to completion of event. Negotiation of contract terms for private dining. Arrange billing and payment for all private events. Provide detailed information to Management and service team regarding all contract details to allow for the successful execution of each event. Assist in coordinating any special requests from guests such as flowers, audio/visual needs, decorations, etc. Organize and maintain event calendar. Attend weekly staff meetings to provide updates and information regarding private events. Manage and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals as set by Management and Operations Team.

Lead a team of hosts while assisting in front of house operations. Direct host team, book and confirm reservations, direct phone traffic, plan seating, help maintain front of house appearance, etc.

Responsible for the development and growth of sales revenue for the company. Create and maintain long term client relationships with existing and new customers to the marketplace. Prepare, update, and utilize data in regards to client activity. Perform showings and client presentations to help incorporate show concepts into design. Help facilitate the order process while keeping the specific needs and desires of each client in mind.

Aided in the development of administrative and talent expansion across East Central Indiana.

Assisted in engaging and instructing students ages 5-13 years of age in the field of theatre. Directed comprehensive youth productions. Aided in the construction of set and props.
