I am an actress by trade. Which means I am a very skilled performer, who's great in front of crowds, and knows how to work a room. I pride myself on having an innate ability to connect with customers, as well as fellow staff members, on a personal level in order to strengthen the relationships I create. Customer satisfaction is a major priority for me, but I also believe happier employees lead to the most successful and efficient businesses. I strive to be a warm and approachable leader, but hold rules and regulations to a higher degree as well. It is a balancing act I aim to master every day and I've enjoyed the journey thus far.
