-Conduct new hire screening and onboarding process including facilitating pre-employment screenings, processing and ensuring compliance with required paperwork and E-verify, communicating and reporting screening progress to client sites and recruiters, and coordinating start information and payroll set up. -Prepare and maintain employment records and documents including hiring, conversions, promotions, terminations/resignations, and performance evaluations using HRIS software. -Responsible for handling health insurance and other employee benefits programs, worker’s compensation claims, and unemployment claims. -Serve as a link between client sites and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and ensuring resolution of grievances and problems.

Duties include greeting and seating guests, serving all courses of meal, managing a section of up to 20 tables, preparing and serving catering orders, using cash register and credit card machine, cleaning and setting up restaurant.

Duties include answering telephones, redirecting calls, assisting agents, creating marketing materials, faxing, scanning and filing documents, scheduling real estate showings, and other clerical work as needed.
