• Run business and people operations alongside CEO and Founder• Oversee a team of 3• Act as a partner to leadership and an advocate for employee population• Manage all talent management and recruitment for the whole Brand• Manage compensation plans, budgets, and strategies• Oversee bi-annual and annual performance review processes including: training, leadership coaching, employee succession planning, action plans, PIPs, and board approval process• Apart of the Compensation Committee with Private Equity Firm (twice a year discussions, strategies and approvals re: compensation)• Work with PEO company on all benefit enrollments, annual compliance, leaves of absences, testing, and payroll• Administer payroll for the organization, including commissions• Oversee and solve all employee relations issues, legal matters, conflicts, etc.• Work with senior leadership on organizational improvements, long term plans, and career development• Manage employee management training and workshops, education, and development• Oversee and execute on DEI initiatives and NEST brand values/best practices• Oversee internal and external CSR and ESG initiatives and strategy• Manage people and culture operations and ensure employee engagement and morale stays at an all-time high• Partner with Founder on all company parties, employee gratis and employee gifts
