Worked on over 60 labor estimates in all stages of the proposal process (initial estimates, pre-sweeps, post-sweeps, recorded cost estimates, debit/credit estimates) ranging from different platforms such as F/A-18, C-17, F-15 & others. Supported more labor estimates and programs than any other employee in the department while still producing a high quality estimate with the lowest percentage of findings per Labor Estimator.Supported FY11 and FY10 F/A-18 AAE (Aircraft Armament Equipment) DCAA and DCMA audits providing various parametric analyses on the labor hours for the F/A-18 AAE TINA (Truth in Negotiations Act) compliant proposal. Supported F/A-18 and F-15 proposals as the Contracts Administrator lead for the Mesa IWAs organization. Supported proposals from initial RFP, to pricing, to customer submittal with a 100% on time cycle time rate.Worked with Program and Production Managers quarterly to develop the Realization Factor targets used to forecast the EAC for the IWA production line that supports F/A-18, F-15, C-17 & others.Assumed the responsibility to train new employee’s on Labor Estimating and the proposal process for Mesa IWA.

Provided the income statement and the statement of cash flows. Created the yearly budget template used by each department at the site.
