Our 4 person team handles a wide variety of tasks, including in-house payroll, benefits, recruiting, leadership support and coaching, employee development, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation planning.

As part of a two-person onsite HR team, I was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement and experience. I acted as the liaison between the site team and corporate - bringing any concerns, questions, or suggestions up the chain.

Greater New Orleans Area

Responsibilities include managing employee benefits, organizing open enrollment, new hire paperwork and orientation, termination processes, creating new employee communication tools such as total compensation and LTI statements, automating manual processes, being the liaison with our oil field employees, organizing office parties, and introducing wellness.

Responsibilities include organizing and handling new hire and termination paperwork, handling employee-related issues or questions, general accounting duties, creating budgets, spreadsheets, extensive experience with PeachTree accounting software, accounts payable and receivable, completing payroll for approximately 50 employees.

Responsibilities included computer program installation, creating databases, training employees on computer programs and websites, organizing the school library, and caring for children ranging in age from ten months to five years.
