I am in the Policy Analysis team within the RBNZ's Economics Directorate.

I supported the FMA's strategic direction and regulatory approach by leading and contributing to multi-disciplinary projects, including research in the areas of behavioural economics and regulatory theory.

I lead and contributed to research and strategic projects within the FMA.

I wrote a research paper on subjective well-being analysis, which estimated the monetary value of non-market outcomes for Kainga Ora tenants. The results of this paper have been incorporated into the New Zealand Treasury's cost-benefit analysis spreadsheet for non-market values (CBAx).

I lectured the economics component of the University of Auckland's New Start Programme.

I tutored: - ECON101 (Introductory Microeconomics) - ECON111 (Introductory Macroeconomics) - ECON151 (Understanding the Global Economy)- ECON152 (Principles of Economics) - ECON221 (Introduction to Econometrics) I also marked essays, tests, and exams; was a supervisor for tests and exams; and performed other administrative work as required, such as helping with the New Zealand Economics Competition.

I worked part-time in a policy support role with various teams, as required.

Previously "Housing New Zealand Corporation". I interned with the Strategic Planning team, and was the primary researcher in the project "Wellbeing Valuation of Social Housing Provision for Housing New Zealand Tenants".

I interned with the Macroeconomics and Fiscal Policy team, and produced the paper "Macro-prudential Policy in New Zealand: Issues Related to Governance". This paper was a background document to Phase 2 of the 2018 RBNZ Act Review.
