Sales Operations Manager
Current• Develops insightful reports and deep-dives for the business development team, leadership, and cross-functional teams, providing recommendations to drive progress towards organizational growth goals• Leads monthly sales pipeline review with senior leadership, communicating timely updates on progress towards growth milestones, pipeline analysis, new insights from development activities, and interpreting sales data for a broader audience• Manages sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and tracking sales metrics• Analyzes data within Salesforce, external datasets, and business intelligence to assess sales performance and evaluate effectiveness of sales processes• Owns Business Development Salesforce configuration and administration, including maintaining thousands of sales opportunity records, lead upload and assignment, new user training, and creation of reports and dashboards • Trusted voice in product development and go-to-market strategy processes, consulting on sales process and lead generation; devises thoughtful reporting processes for new product leads and sales opportunities prior to product or market launch• Proactively seeks feedback on pain points in the sales process from business development and leadership; takes action on quantitative/qualitative data to refine and streamline Salesforce instance, reports and dashboards, and business development processes to increase productivity and efficiency• Coordinates with marketing to evaluate results of conference attendance in terms of leads and sales team coverage, resulting in more targeted conference sponsorship and lead generation• Utilizes MS Office and Excel skills, including compound and advanced formulas, Pivot tables, and other tools, and experience with Tableau to support reporting and data visualization projects• Undertook Salesforce administrator training; earned Salesforce Administrator certification in October 2020, bridging the gap between business and technology stakeholders
