Sales Operations Manager
Current- Develops insightful reports and deep-dives for the business development team, leadership, and cross-functional teams, providing recommendations to drive progress towards organizational growth goals
- Leads monthly sales pipeline review with senior leadership, communicating timely updates on progress towards growth milestones, pipeline analysis, new insights from development activities, and interpreting sales data.
- Manages sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and tracking sales metrics
- Analyzes data within Salesforce, external datasets, and business intelligence to assess sales performance and evaluate effectiveness of sales processes
- Owns Business Development Salesforce configuration and administration, including maintaining thousands of sales opportunity records, lead upload and assignment, new user training, and creation of reports and dashboards
- Trusted voice in product development and go-to-market strategy processes, consulting on sales process and lead generation; devises thoughtful reporting processes for new product leads and sales opportunities prior to.
