• General bar work, managing a small team of two bar staff.• I also liaised with external clients over the telephone to order stock and to take table bookings from customers.• I frequently work in an extremely busy environment and have to use my own initiative to balance my workload and still maintain my excellent standard of work. • Money handling is another area at which I excel, as I was trusted by my employers to handle all the money going into the till on a daily basis and keep track of any discrepancies, should they arise. • With this role I was given the chance to further boost my management skills as I am frequently given the tremendous responsibility to manage the business when my employers are otherwise engaged.
