For the past eight years and counting I have been pursuing a career in the Emergency services and Restoration industry. I've used the many skills in my repertoire including having over over 10 years of combined office administration and customer service experience. I gained wide variety of experience, tools of the trade, and professional development by pataking employment in several different industry types. It all began at the age of 16 I took my first position as a hostess in the restaurant industry which influenced me to persure a degree in Communications at ODU. I then entered into the hospitality/hotel industry where I was able to take the knowledge from gained and applied them to gain the necessary skills set to embark in the customer service industry. ADT invited me into the world of security and personal safety where I gained an intrigued for the administrative side of things. I started learning there and went on to gain even more experience before finding my passion of Emergency services and Disaster relief. In this industry I'm able to take all of my previous stated experiences and really apply them potentially help family's and businesses in their time of need.
