I have always had a passion for working with people and began my career in customer service during high school. In 2015, I joined Dutch Bros. Coffee, a company known for its excellent customer service standards. Over the course of my six years with the company, I developed my ability to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively, which helped me exceed customer expectations and drive satisfaction. I take great pride in delivering top-notch service and always strive to create a positive customer experience. My strong track record of delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships with customers is a testament to my dedication to customer success.In 2022, I decided to embark on a new career journey and joined Resolutn, a tech start-up, as a customer success specialist. I have since progressed to the role of Client Success Advisor, where I use my unique blend of skills to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and retention through the development and execution of marketing campaigns. I am passionate about driving client success and am always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
