Learnt the skills required to complete tasks separately or as part of a wider team and understand the importance of achieving goals and targets. Completed the Silver DofE (Duke of Edinburgh) award and was a part of the WHYC (Welwyn Hatfield Youth Council). Within Onslow St Audrey’s school was elected as the form rep and deputy head girl. These latter two positions helped to gain further confidence and gave the opportunity to develop a personal skillset.
