I met with students and graduates one-on-one to discuss career goals and barriers to employment and helped them to create their own resumes and cover letters as well as improve their interviewing and application skills. I also provided continued support and communication to graduates to follow-up and ensure retention and performed extensive outreach by connecting with food service industry employers to hire our graduates.Unfortunately this program lost HUD funding and therefore ended prematurely.
