Calculate payroll and organize schedules for employees across five cell phone retail locations; oversee marketing and brand-awareness campaigns for our stores, including organizing live broadcasts with local radio stations, partnerships with local stores, and corporate sponsorships for local organizations; and provide store owner with HR assistance as needed, including interviewing and hiring new employees

As an English teacher at Kid's College, I taught English as a second language to kindergarten and elementary students (age 4-10).In this capacity, I was responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, teaching, and testing materials, interviewing and evaluating new students, and working with native Korean teachers to produce comprehensive daily and weekly tracking reports and respond to parent concerns and questions.

At State Farm, I acted as an administrative assistant to agents by scheduling appointments, processing payments, completing data entry goals, warm-calling perspective clients, and contacting current clients for collections purposes. I also collected private policyholder information to assist with completion of quotes, claims processing, and agency transfers.

I was selected to create and maintain a blog for the Office of Admissions. Served as an intern for both the Office of the President and the Office of Graduate Admissions, moving between offices as needed. In the Office of the President, I performed reception work, scheduled appointments, and assisted office staff with preparations for presentations, meetings, and retreats. In the Office of Graduate Admissions, I assisted with distribution of mailings to prospective students, maintained database of acceptance decisions, and assisted with other administrative tasks.
