Responsible for wing-to-wing modality adoption, integration, and roadmap execution for the eDelivery and Licensing platform. Supports functional owner(s) to define requirements and capabilities that fit into respective programs. Works with technical and functional teams internally and externally to ensure outcomes deliver on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:• Collaboration with engineering and functional partners to ensure product adoption of eDelivery and Licensing capabilities• Serves as the focal point for operational and engineering feedback to provide improvements within the platform and identify areas of where work can be standardized• Drives technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs• Defines execution plans and approaches based on project scope to meet the expected timelines • Facilitates transfer of functional and technical knowledge to engineering and functional teamsto enable faster adoption and scalability• Ensures pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed and drivessimplification and improvement as necessary• Supports execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies and partnerswith engineering, technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required• Manages project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project• Manages stakeholder communication and progress reporting• Supports the eDelivery back office on the handover from project to production
