Responsible for oversight of client implementations, ongoing production support, and product development for two Medicare compliance reporting solutions. Effectively manage staff to ensure SLA’s and revenue goals are met and customer experience is unparalleled. Implement process improvements to drive efficiency across internal teams. Act as SME for high visibility, multi-year integration project to improve product compliance. Drive strategic direction of solutions by executing Product Owner activities, including creating product roadmaps, backlog grooming and prioritization, and discovery sessions. Lead development of internal and client-facing reports to proactively service customers. Serve as point of contact for multiple key accounts. Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams on RFP's, stewardship meetings, and other requests to strengthen customer relationships. Lead conference calls, webinars, trainings, steering calls, and onsite meetings with executive level clients with confidence and professionalism.
