With my team of Remix Product Managers and Product Designers, I build tools that help transportation agencies prioritize sustainable, equitable and efficient modes. Over the past few years, we have transformed the Remix product suite to offer truly integrated transit planning tools that are rider-centric, multimodal and operationally-ready. Most recently, we extended our best-in-class planning tools to improve the design and performance of Via's on-demand services.

Remix was acquired by Via in 2021. Post-acquisition, I developed and launched On-demand Planning, the first product that relied on both Remix and Via technology. Within the first six months, sales of this new product increased our net new ARR by over 50%.

In just eight months at Remix, I led the definition of a new product area that resulted in our first product launch in two years. Remix Explore is the first step in building the leading platform for transportation data. The new product has already expanded the types of Remix users, driven more frequent usage (boosted WAUs by 30%), and accelerated sales (including landing our third largest contract ever).

In this highly-cross functional role, I was responsible for market evaluation, solution strategy, commercialization and business performance management for the Opower product set at Oracle Utilities. Serving as Interim Director leading this team for four months (during a maternity leave), I defined a new vision and investment areas for the future of this product set and led a successful initiative across sales, delivery, product, and marketing to boost client renewals.

Following the Opower acquisition, I developed a comprehensive multi-product strategy to tie together Oracle and Opower’s analytics capabilities, resulting in clarity in the market and improved sentiment towards Oracle’s analytics capabilities.

I defined and executed go-to-market strategies for enterprise software that helps utilities elevate the customer experience while helping end consumers reduce their energy impact. Leveraging my background in energy, I studied the market and worked with product management, sales and marketing on product development, product packaging, pricing and positioning, competitive differentiation and demand generation. This included revamping our go-to-market for a 4-year-old product that boosted sales targets by 50%.

As part of a new Strategic Marketing team, I led market research that helped us more efficiently target prospects and price our proposals. I developed a repeatable process for prioritizing opportunities for marketing campaigns and sales outreach covering market research, data analysis, economic modeling and market sizing. When I uncovered a major challenge with our pricing tools, I designed and coded a customer electricity savings web app (with over 50 internal users) that improved the accuracy and effectiveness of sales proposals and reduced typical proposal build time from 2 hours to 15 minutes

I structured pricing proposals for portfolios of solar systems (for the largest commercial & industrial customers) and managed the awarded projects through to construction start. I was promoted within six months for developing and distributing new processes on my own initiative that dramatically improved the accuracy and sped up development of proposals (across a team of dozens of analysts).

As the only analyst reporting directly to the CEO of a carbon capture and storage startup with hundreds of millions in equity financing, I performed quantitative analysis and research to support our longterm corporate strategy. I also designed and developed the company's first corporate financial model and reported on performance to the Board of Directors.

Over the course of two years, I developed and implemented a comprehensive company-wide (global) water resources assessment from scratch. I reported directly to Oxy's Board of Directors and worked closely with the executive team on this effort. That work resulted in my invitation to serve as part of small group of Advisors on the Carbon Disclosure Project Water survey update and scoring methodology. The survey is backed by 643 institutional investors representing $67 trillion in assets, to which 607 of the largest global companies now respond.

I consulted on a variety of environmental and geosciences projects, including NPDES permitting, water treatment feasibility studies, lead-contaminated soil remediation, and environmental site assessments. I was promoted after only 7 months.

I supported staff in Water Quality Operations for a district serving 325,000 people. My projects included a filter media pilot, the launch of a new system-wide water quality database and a tap sampling program. This internship resulted in the offer of a full-time job the following year.

I developed a permit for a coal refuse reclamation operation. This involved sampling, site characterization, technical writing and meeting with local EPA officials.
