Prior to NFP, she was a sales manager for LPL Financial and oversaw the rollout of LPL’s new client relationship management system. Prior to LPL, she was a senior case designer for Crump Life Insurance Services.Active within the industry and her community, Caitlin is a member of LIMRA’s Independent Brokerage Committee, and an engaged participant in NFP’s mentor programs. She served on NFP’s inaugural DEIB Advisory Board and serves as a victim advocate and crisis center volunteer for Hope Alliance. Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in psychology and family and child development from Syracuse University. She is currently enrolled in a strategic leadership executive education program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
