My career has focused on supporting the social, emotional, and educational needs of children with varying exceptionalities.As a CYW, I specialized in working with children who faced behavioural challenges. In this role, I provided individualized support to help them manage their behaviours, develop coping strategies, and build essential life skills. I collaborated with families, teachers, and other professionals to create comprehensive behavior intervention plans and implement effective strategies to promote positive outcomes.Additionally, I have served as an educational assistant and teacher, specifically supporting children with neurodivergence, learning disabilities, and other exceptionalities.
