My role at Thermo Fisher involved being an active member of one of the Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing Teams - Specifically, the group working with Minimum Inhibitory Concentration Evaluators (M.I.C.E). This involved both the development of new antibiotic based products, using analytical (including HPLC) and microbial processes; as well as the use of corrective and preventative actions to work alongside the quality team in solving any complaints and preventing the occurrence of complaints by improving stability and usability. Alongside this Data analysis was performed (Microsoft Excel, plus add ins), with the time management based around Microsoft Project.

At Eli Lilly, I was responsible for creating a database controlling the small level of stock held within QA to make it more accessible and simple. Alongside this I aided the team with the day to day handling of complaints, promotional materials and third party gap assessments.
