Shall work alongside the Equity and Intercultural Engagement Committee in advocating on behalf of the student body on policies and procedures relating to disability support, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act of 2010, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 adherence. Shall work alongside the Equity and Intercultural Engagement Committee in disseminating pertinent information to the student body regarding policies and procedures within the university, including but not limited to disability support and services, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act of 2010, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Shall, in tandem with the Equity and Intercultural Engagement Committee, work with the Department of Disability Support Services to develop programs and services that seek to meet individual needs by coordinating and implementing policies in regard to programs, services, and activities for individuals with disabilities. Shall ensure that any action taken by the Student Government Association, regardless of its scope of authority, is accessible and available to all students with disabilities. Shall serve as the chief liaison between the Student Government Association and the Department of Disability Support Services to promote the various resources offered by DSS as well as to voice the needs of the student body regarding disability support and programs. Shall provide regular reports to the Executive Cabinet and the Student Assembly on the activities and progress of disability support initiatives, to ensure transparency and accountability in all efforts. Shall be required to maintain five (5) office hours per week.

-Contact 5-6 Potential Partners in Eastern NC Every Month -Coordinate All Visits and details for our executive board and our members -Meet Weekly with Executive Board on updates and required changes -Work with Nationals Visits Team on creating new visits, assisting other chapters, and any online/FaceTime calls- Assist Chapter President in creating Day of Visit Details including transportation, check in contact, medical information for a member, and any other necessary information for visit.- Meet monthly with our MEC National Team, and Kingdom Leaders on updating on chapter information, and any national changes - Creating and maintaining a detailed document on Current Partners and updated contact information

- Print off any request documents from Staff and Faculty - Maintain, create, and update 3-5 student bulletin board on a rotational basis - Create QR codes and Title Page for Student Research Published for students and staff to view - Maintain cleanliness and order in Office for Staff to collaborate

̈ Worked on Outdoor Porte Cochere and Bell Service Operations at Port Orleans Riverside Resorts ̈ Assist up to 200 guests per day in person and by phone to assist guests with any questions ̈ Use of computer software to deploy bellmen to tasks such as delivering bags from airports, takingguest to their room or front lobby, and picking up guests at the end of their stay ̈ Occasionally using Company Vehicles to drop off transfer bags to up to 30 resorts per day alongwith assisting getting gets to and from their room in the event of inclement weather ̈ Deployed to Boardwalk Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge- Kidani Village, Disney's AnimalKingdom Lodge- Jambo House, Disney's Rivera Resort, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and Disney's Grand Floridian Villas to help with staffing and continue healthy operations at those properties.

-chatting with prospective students at a recurring date and time to provide students an opportunity to ask questions about student life on campus.- virtual outreach to high school students and helping them understand what it’s like to be an ECU Pirate!-support on-campus visits would entail guiding students through structured activities and acting as support for staff in different capacities
