As a stylist at Bobbles and Lace, I help customers find the perfect outfits for their occasions and preferences, while also managing the social media accounts of the boutique and providing excellent customer service. I am pursuing my master's degree in speech-language pathology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I also obtained my bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders. I have a passion for helping people communicate and express themselves, and I aspire to become a certified speech-language pathologist in the future. I have over three years of work experience in various customer-facing roles, such as a receptionist at Styles Unlimited Salon and a registered behavior technician at Beyond Autism Services. I have developed skills in communication, social media marketing, customer service, and behavioral intervention.
