Co-ordinating upcoming events, managing and organising teams and volunteers, supporting team leaders throughout the event organisation process. The role includes and not limited to designing physical and digital collateral for events, such as website pages, print outs, flyers etc., co-ordinating decor and co-ordination of teams and maintaining the brand identity of the organisation and events. The role also includes creating day-day design collateral for the organisation, such as flyers, booklets, digital branding of series, social media management and social media post creation etc. and working alongside the design and communications co-ordinator.

Planning and coordination of Ignite Youth meeting, included but not limited to set-up, pack down, hosting a small group. Skills developed in public speaking, mcing and hosting events. Support role for youths who may be at risk and provide assistance, advice and guidance.

Provide admin support to staff and ministry leaders as directed. On-the-job training in Creative Ministries such as graphic design, social media and planning for Ignite Youth. Assisting the creative team with updating the church website, creating social media content for events using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Planning of events, team liaison and coordination. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and data processing and reporting. Included in this role is hosting meetings events both in person and online.

As part of my study at the University of Canberra in Visual Communication, I undertook an internship and completed 100 hours of meaningful work. Collated, created and designed email templates and learnt skills in Canva and HUBspot. Actioned workflows and planned out the marketing of various email campaigns. Collated, wrote, designed and created a 12 part email series as well as a workflow and plan of the rollout of this series.

Responsible for day-to-day care of dogs and cats at boarding facility. Included but not limited to feeding, walking, cleaning and the administering of medication to animals (under supervision).
