I am writing this to show my strong interest in this opportunity to become and RECE in any setting that an RECE is needed. I am I am a graduate of Humber College and have all the requirements to work as an RECE. I am currently in my last semester at the University of Guelph Humber working towards my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Studies. I am motivated to start this lifelong learning process being an ECE, and to make sure children and families are having the best experiences. I have a lot of experience with working in a daycare, and helping people in need with going to Belize for women and children empowerment, and working with Habitat and Humanity.So as a teacher I would provide opportunities to children to contribute in their community.I am interested in this position because this can be a great opportunity to be in an environment to build my skills to communicate with families and children. I want to promote how diversity and inclusivity is so important to children’s development, and this is a great start. Also, working will allow me to implement and create amazing experiences that I came up with through placement opportunities and workshops. For this position, you need to have interpersonal communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. As an RECE, I understand that you are always learning through families, children, and employees. Being able to take advantage of teachable moments and listening and learning what the other person has to say is so important. You are always going to be working with people, and as a team, you can make a difference in the daycare. I am a very positive person and I bring that to where ever I am every day. I have excellent relation building skills, and that is important because you need to building relationships to build trust. I am able to create experiences that will allow children to grow and learn, but have fun doing so. If interested, my resume, police reference, and CPR are available to be enclosed.
