• Record adjusting journal entries to reconcile company ledger accounts• Generate financial reports including profit and loss statements, budgets and transaction reports.• Reconcile bank statements and post adjusting journal entries• Calculate and enter monthly payroll accruals and inventory adjustments for all companies• Manage accounts payable entries and investigate vendor inquiries• Allocate and reconcile all business credit card purchases and payments• Administer vendor pay biweekly and assist in employee payroll processing as needed• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and other financial reports • Prepare tax and payroll documentation • Complete annual insurance audits for 6 companies• Assist Controller in any issues regarding or pertaining to accounting/financial department as needed
