I started working as the accounting specialist and worked to assist the commercial side with admin help. I print plans and specs, complete submittals with necessary samples, order materials, and schedule installers. For accounting, I entered all the invoices, did the filing, entered daily income reports, and other special projects. Now I do this and more including all admin work for the whole office, order supplies and materials for all jobs, I run marketing campaigns, organize all of the schedules for off-site and on-site crews and do all of the new hire phone interviews.

Contacted leads, scheduled measures, did not quote as the sales rep did, ordered all flooring materials, inspected upon delivery, arranged installs, interviewed new installers, startup could no longer support me financially and let me go.

Ran the office, scheduled installers for drywall (4 different crews for this phase), insulation, and roofing. Each phase has 2-4 crews to schedule for the whole job. Scheduled material delivery based on inspection dates. Entered and submitted estimates for insulation, drywall, and roofing. Completed biweekly and monthly payroll reports. Searched for new builders and installers

Tax season ended and they reduced the crew size. Produced all payroll reports and year end W-2s and federal & state filing reports. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. Entered and reviewed tax data for final approval from the tax agent to complete. Submitted files for all tax returns.

Outside sales at Costco driving up and down Washington every week before it was exhausting

Ran credit & finance options, produced contracts with 0 errors, supported sales reps on the floor and mostly behind the scenes

Quoted showers for walk-in customers and showed them around the showroom. Quoted dealer quote requests and sent them back to the sites. Handled all credit card payments from customers at job completion. Helped with parts for customers with damages seals. Upsold our glass protection DFI and crystal clear glass options.

Worked at an apartment complex with over 240 units. Rented all the apartments on the property with a 48% closing ratio including disqualified prospects. Increased resident retention and received renewal bonuses for happy residents. Managed all of the marketing campaigns, ran applications and credit for approval, and moved residents in & out. I handled all aspects of the property including entering maintenance requests and posting all types of notices.

Ran California payroll 1 week and out of state payroll the next with out of state weekly payrolls. I ran 40+ division payrolls and arranged union dues, fees, and arrears. Most checks were DD and I set those up as well. Some divisions were too small and we cut live checks and overnighted to the site... laid off for company to move to Tx
