Serving guests on a consistent basis in a fast paced environment while maintaining a clean work station and ensuring all staff are working under safe conditions. This position includes working independently as well as with a team, cash handling, training new staff members as well as being the joint Health and Safety representative. Tasks which were taken on over time include duties such as unloading the weekly stock and detail cleaning the deep fryers.
