I am primarily a Cafe Server, I prepare drinks and food to the customers specifications while also promoting other items or services in the store. I am also responsible for performing all opening or closing procedures as I am scheduled while also maintaining a clean work area.On occasion I also work on the sales floor, working the register, helping customers and restocking shelves. I am also one of the ones that is called on for assistance for Nooks or other electronic devices. If something is creative or technical in nature; like our Makers Fair, story time or art session; I may be asked to assist or run whatever is needed.

Over the course of my time here I have taught classes on Traditional Art, Art and Stories, Digital Painting and Digital Video to children Pre-K to 5th grade in the after school programs in Naples and Immokalee. I am responsible for all of the grant required paperwork which includes grading projects, creating lesson plans, setting up attendance sheets and preparing supplies and examples.I am also responsible for teaching and enforcing safety and good behavior both while working on art and during their everyday lives. I have taught these classes using a variety of media such as oil pastels, clay, paints and crayons. For my digital classes I have focused on programs like Adobe Photoshop and iMovie.

I assisted with the backend creation of customer sites using word press, as well as data integration, while learning the front end design and the programs that go with it. I was also taught key points and skills about topics like client interaction, social media and running your own business.

I worked mostly in Quickbook to update all records and the books as well as organized data both digital and physical.

I was responsible for cleaning restocking displays as well as creating new one and unpacking shipments as they arrived.

This was a work study job that had me at the school all day, everyday I didn't have classes. I normally tutored groups in reading but did do a few class lessons on test taking, science, math and writing. The grades I taught then we're K-5 and I also worked in the library and during reading events.
