Perform comprehensive eye health examinations in various settings under supervision:• Adult Primary Care: Provide comprehensive eye health examinations, determine spectacle correction, manage primary ocular disease and ocular disease secondary to systemic diseases.• Nursing Home: Provide comprehensive eye health examinations at local nursing homes and assisted living centers, using mobile equipment.• Optical: Provide eye wear to meet patients’ unique prescription, lens option, and stylistic needs. Dispense and repair frames, verify accuracy of prescriptions, and assist in spectacle fabrication.• Teen Clinic: Provide comprehensive eye health examinations to older pediatric and adolescent patients, including management of binocular and accommodative dysfunction.• Technology: Perform various testing and imaging including: Humphrey and Octopus Visual Fields, anterior segment and fundus photography, OCT, pachymetry, B-scan and A-scan ultrasounds, A1C measurement, and fundus autofluorescence. • Vision Therapy: Perform vision therapy and therapy evaluations to manage various disorders including: oculomotor dysfunction, accommodative or binocular dysfunction, strabismus and amblyopia, learning related problems, and TBI/Stroke visual complications. Specialized training in Vision Therapy and Pediatrics.• School Screenings: Enhanced retinoscopy and chair skills while working with 3 to 16 year olds, including special needs students at local public schools. Organized setup and flow to screen an average 75 students per day.

Effectively managed patient flow by providing preliminary testing to patients as well as dispensing, repairing, and selling of glasses and contact lenses while establishing a strong foundation in understanding of insurances.
