Currently, I am recruiting service for NSA’s network on the occasions we run into gaps. I provide assistance for three of our clients.In the past, I was onboarding service providers across 15 states in the Mid-Atlantic and the Eastern seaboard for Asurion. I onboarded service centers while providing training of our service database and scheduling systems. Before that, I was a supervisor/coach for five years for our THD Resolution Specialist team. I specialized in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and finding beneficial solutions.
