About Caitlin Johnson

At 12 years old, I attended a talk by Astronaut Guy Bluford Jr., the first African-American in space. A curious kid asked, “How did you know you wanted to be an astronaut?” With a smile, he said, “I found something I loved, and I found a way to get paid to do it.” That idea became my life’s compass.
