I consider myself to be a well-rounded individual who works well with others, I am approachable and engaging with colleagues and peers. I like a challenge and in my current place of work feel encouraged in my responsibilities. Over the last 2 years I have studied at the Aviation Academy in Leeds. During my time here I have grown in confidence and shown resilience through work ethic and some setbacks. I had a good relationship with my peers and tutors. In the future my career aspirations are to become cabin crew working for British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. I feel my experience in customer service will help me achieve this goal. I am adaptable and flexible which contribute to successes in this role.
