I have 5 years experience in the real estate industry, initially entering as a receptionist. I have since progressed from administrative and assistant roles to property management of my own organically growing rental portfolio. I am involved in the day to day management of rental properties, application processing, leasing and communications with owner, tenant and trades. My focus is ensuring the management of my portfolio is fronted by compliance, best practice, professionalism and formulated checks and procedures. My experience paired with my desire to adapt and develop my skill base allow the constant development of my role within my current position, as well as future positions. I have interests in residential and commercial property management.
